30-day Return Policy/ Exchange Policy and Shipping Policies:
Customers are welcome to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting us via eCRATER or email [email protected] with a request for a return within your order. (Your order will be approved once verification of warranty has been validated ) You must have an RMA # prior to returning goods, to our location or it will be refused. The RMA # will be issued by either eCrater or Parts4Less. Shipping charges for the return of merchandise will be the responsibility of the customer. Occasionally, shipping errors occur and products can arrive damaged or items are mis-shipped. If you have received a damaged item or an incorrect item, please notify at [email protected] (within (2) two business days. please include your name, original order number, along with the problem you are having in the message. Once information is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on returning your item. Once the RMA is received at our location, one of two things will happen, You will receive a refund that will include the cost of the item or Your replacement item will be shipped out and a tracking number will be provided to you if you request a replacement. Orders that are returned to Parts4less unwanted, refused, unclaimed, or undelivered or not the right part and or other returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10-20%. Orders that are returned to Part4less missing/opened original packaging or used will be subjected to restocking fee of 25-30%. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you ship your package in a way that allows you to track the shipment and receive proof of delivery,
Addresses and personal information will be deleted from the system within 6 months of orders.
